How to Brew:
Heat water to 195-205°F. Add medium-grind coffee to filter (5 tbsp for 16oz). Pour slowly in circular motion. Let bloom 30 seconds, then continue pouring. Remove filter and enjoy cafe-quality pour over coffee.
Experiment with grind size and pour speed to find your perfect cup. Dishwasher safe for easy cleanup.
